Agreement to Terms

By using the SimDate application (“SimDate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Description of Service

SimDate is a dating skill simulator. It uses AI to generate simulated conversations with fictional AI characters. SimDate is not a dating app and does not connect you with real people.

Key points:

  • All conversations are with AI simulations — no human connection is made
  • No real dates, meetings, or relationships are facilitated
  • The AI characters are not real people and should not be treated as such

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use SimDate. By using the application, you represent that you are 18 or older.

User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use SimDate for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI models or proprietary technology
  • Use SimDate to harass, impersonate, or deceive any person
  • Share content that is obscene, explicit, or violates the rights of others

AI-Generated Content

All conversation content is generated by artificial intelligence and does not represent the views of SimDate or any real person. SimDate does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SimDate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Subscriptions and Payments

SimDate offers auto-renewable subscriptions (“SimDate Pro”) through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription tiers:

  • Monthly — $9.99/month, billed monthly
  • Yearly — $79.99/year, billed annually

Your use of SimDate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
