Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the SimDate app:

1. Open SimDate and go to the Profile tab
2. Scroll down to the Data section
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

This immediately deletes your account and all data from our servers.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you can’t access the app, send an email to privacy@simdate.xyz with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and authentication data
• All simulation results and history
• Practice conversation sessions
• Mirror Moment evaluations and scores
• Your dating profile text and extracted traits
• All saved match profiles
• Outcome feedback and preferences

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your SimDate Pro subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit Apple Subscription Settings.

Data Retention

After deletion, some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes. This data cannot be linked back to your account.
